Peregian, explained

Peregian is really two places. The village side runs on foot traffic, regulars and the weekend crowd coming down from Noosa. Peregian Springs behind it is newer, family estates, and the businesses there sell to households rather than passers-by. Most sites here only talk to one of them.

That is the thing worth getting right. A cafe on the village green and a trades business off Peregian Springs Drive are chasing completely different customers, and the copy, the photos and the service area all need to reflect which one you actually want.
