Garage door servicing by Suncoast Garage Door Repairs

Suncoast Garage Door Repairs

Garage door servicing and repairs across the Sunshine Coast. Web design, SEO and PPC working together to drive callouts.

The
Challenge.

When we met, Suncoast Garage Door Repairs was mostly subcontracting. One person, a ute, and no real presence of its own. The aim was simple: become the business people ring directly when a garage door jams, rather than the one the bigger firms call when they are busy.

Garage doors are an urgent, local, one-shot purchase. Nobody shops around for weeks. They search, they ring the first credible result, and they want someone today. The site had to win that moment, against established operators with years of head start and the reviews to show for it.

Starting from nothing.

No site, no reviews, no history. A subcontractor becoming a business.

An urgent, one-shot search.

A broken door gets one search and one call. Second place does not get the job.

Established competition.

Bigger operators already held the local rankings and the review counts.

Our
Approach.

A small, fast site built around three services, servicing, repairs and automatic doors, with the phone number and an emergency option in reach on every screen. Residential specialist, family-run, local: said plainly and early, because that is what the customer is choosing between.

SEO and Google Ads ran together from launch. Ads bought the urgent searches while the organic rankings built, then carried less of the load as the service pages earned their place.

Reviews were built into the way the business works, with a direct link to leave one after each job, so the credibility a new business lacks was earned a job at a time.

Three services, one phone number.

Servicing, repairs and automatic doors, each explained, with a call button that never leaves the screen.

Ads first, then organic.

Google Ads caught the urgent searches from day one while the SEO work earned the rankings.

Reviews as a habit.

A review link after every job, so trust built with the work rather than waiting for it.

Looked after since.

Four years on we still manage the site and the Google Ads account.

I honestly can’t recommend Tom and Web & Roll highly enough. Four years ago, I was mainly mucking around doing subcontracting work and didn’t really have an established business of my own. Tom designed my website and helped me get everything set up properly, and almost straight away things started to change. Having a professional website and an online presence gave me the confidence and credibility to start building my own business, and I genuinely put a lot of the growth of my business down to the work Tom did. Four years on, the business is going really well, and Tom still looks after my website and Google Ads. The site continues to generate regular enquiries and work, so it’s not just something that looks good — it actually delivers results. Tom is also great to deal with, always helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s been a great investment for my business, and I’m really happy I made the decision to go with Web & Roll. Cannot recommend highly enough.
